Verifac
offers dedicated software and hardware support teams to ensure that
everything runs smoothly. Indeed our support team is just as much an
important component to our clients as the hardware and software
itself.
The cost of support is covered by your on-going license and support
contract which is explained in full at the time of purchasing your
new system.
Due to the nature of our systems, Verifac has the ability to
remotely 'drive' your computers through a broadband connection which
means we can see your screens and know exactly what is going on. By
dialing in to your system we can quickly diagnose any problems and
get it fixed, keeping any disturbance to the Practice at an absolute
minimum.
All support services, whether Hardware, Software or User Enquiries
can be accessed by calling one number - or emailing the Support
Teams direct. Emergency support is provided when you want it and
replacement equipment is available in the event of failure, ensuring
that a system is not out of action.
Our Support Teams are, naturally, expert in all operational and
technical areas and as such are dedicated to providing quick fix
times so that you can get on with the business of running your
business. Most problems are resolved quickly over the telephone or
by remote control and inspection of the desktop. If necessary your
support package guarantees that, in the case of more serious issues,
we will visit you in person and ensure that problems are resolved.
Verifac also has a dedicated customer support team to deal with any
specific questions from our clients regarding advanced features. If
there's something you want to do, give us a call - the system
probably does it already!
